The lounge is furnished to a high standard and has adequate comfortable seating where you and your family can relax and watch the extra large screen 52" tv or enjoy a complementary dvd on the home theatre system that has been provided for your enjoyment. We have also supplied board games for your use together with an XBOX.

Adjacent to the lounge is the formal dining room, this has been tastefully decorated and can accommodate 6 in one sitting, (There is additional seating for 4 in the kitchen area).

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with lots of cupboards and work top space and has been equipped with almost every appliance you will need including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle (essential for that breakfast cuppa), full size cooker, large fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster and waste disposal unit.

There is also a full complement of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, including a full set of unbreakable items for al-fresco dining on the pool deck.

A pair of Walkie Talkies can be found charging on the countertop, they are great for keeping track of each other in the parks and have a distance of up to 6 Miles.

Leading off the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room with:

Here you will also find the first aid kit in case of an emergency.

The master suite is tastefully decorated and comprises an American King Size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a large dresser with mirror and a closet for your clothes.

The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with double sink vanity unit, full double mirror, large tub bath and cubicle shower, the private W/C is in a separate room off the en-suite.

The queen room allows two families to occupy the villa comfortably and has a bathroom adjacent.

The room contains a queen bed (UK King), two nightstands with lamps and radio alarm clock, Cable TV/DVD, a chest of drawers and a large built-in closet.

The crib and other baby equipment can usually be found in the closet of this room.

This twin room has two single beds and is decorated in a jungle theme, with a nightstand, lamp and a large built-in closet.

This room has cable TV and an XBOX with a selection of games.

There is also a selection of board games suitable for all ages.

This twin room has two single beds and is decorated in a disney theme, with a nightstand, Disney TV/DVD, Disney Alarm Clock and a large built-in closet.

There is a separate Adult and Child remote for the DVD player, the child remote having limited access to features.

A selection of childrens DVD's are availalable, these are usually found in the nightstand.

There are two additional bathrooms, the first contains a bath/shower combination with a W/C, wash basin and large mirror and is situated toward the front of the house. The second contains a large walk in shower, W/C, wash basin and a large mirror and situated off the lounge toward the rear of the house.

The games room is located just off the laundry and has a 7ft air hockey table with electronic scoring and great sound effects.

There is also an excellent foosball table, time too see if Dad is as good as he claims.

Two comfortable sofas can be used for relaxing between matches.

There is a range of good quality baby equipment at the home for guest use, including a Stroller, Highchair and Crib.

There is also an anti roll cushion for the crib and a set of bedding.

The outside area has been landscaped and is regularly maintained.

The pool deck is fully screened for your comfort, (keeps those little bugs out), and is south facing which gives glorious sunshine well into the evening, just what you need when relaxing after a hard day at the parks !. The pool is large with a super spa, great for unwinding in the bubbles.


The deck area is equipped with luxury pool side furniture, tables, chairs and loungers.

For your safety the door to the pool deck is equipped with a pool alarm to help reduce the risk of children entering the pool area unsupervised, a safety screen may also be erected and can usually be found in the garage if its not in the pool area.
